All rights to modify price, availability and withdrawals of goods and services are reserved. GoTecNow reserves the right to change, add or delete to these terms and conditions

GoTecNow under no circumstances is obliged to update you on any changes made unless your order is in the process and it may affect, we shall notify you before shipping your order and while your order is in the process and if you still wish to process with your order and if you have agreed to our subscription service.   

If goods supplied to you by GoTecNow is subject to any Export Laws, such supply is subject to you not falling into any form of restricted categories.

Ordering Products From GoTecNow

Products sold on GoTecNow are accessible as it were to people who consider eligible. Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

You may cancel your order by emailing us directly from GoTecNow website.  Any cancellation notice must be given before the end of order completion.

Once the order is complete/ shipped and if you wish to cancel the order, the product must not be opened and must be returned to us within 14 days of you informing us of your wish to cancel. Product refund will be processed will start once GoTecNow receives the product, product refund process will deduct the shipping cost and administration cost.

If you If you fail to return the goods in this manner; we may charge you the costs we incur in recovering the goods from you (which may be substantial) or the stand-alone retail value of any missing or damaged items.  

You must return the Goods by sending them to Direct Returns, Address provided by GoTecNow at your cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Goods are received by us and we recommend using Special Delivery where appropriate.

You shall be under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods until received or collected by us, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are not damaged whilst in transit using transport arranged by you.

You are required to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and shall within seven days from such delivery give notice in writing to us of any matter whereof you may allege that the goods are not in accordance with the order.

If you fail to give such notice, the goods will be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order, and then you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods accordingly.

GoTecNow cannot refund, replace, or exchange certain goods if the seal/packaging has been broken or opened. This applies to all goods purchased from GoTecNow. Screen protectors cannot be returned once the protective layer for the adhesive side has been removed.

GoTecNow holds the rights to decide if exchange needs to be provided under special circumstances, provided you have adhered to the above terms.
